Noble Miniatures, a miniatures foundry in Madison, Wisconsin, produces the Hallmark lines as well as the Perrin Miniatures lines (well-known for their 10mm World War II armor, American Civil War figures and several other lines). They also produces Blood Dawn (heroic 15mm fantasy), Air200 (1/200 scale WWII aircraft), and the Howard Hues line of paints and brushes. In addition, Noble Miniatures produces other lines under contract, such as the Sovereign Stone 28mm Fantasy Line for Sovereign Press and 28mm Battle Cattle (Moo-Cows with guns).
