Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with Noble Knight Games is easy. There's no need to create an account first. The simplest and quickest way to order is via our web site. Orders placed on our web site will be filled faster and given selection priority if an item happens to be ordered by more than one customer. All prices are in US dollars. Many US residents will have sales tax added in automatically at checkout. You must have cookies and javascript enabled on your browser to use our shopping cart system. If you do not have cookies enabled, you may still browse our catalog and send in your order via e-mail, mail, or fax. See below for information on ordering via e-mail, mail, or fax.
Browsing our Inventory
The Noble Knight Games web site offers several ways to browse our inventory, as described below:
- Click any of the category headings at the top of the page to select your desired interests.
- Click Browse Genres to browse for your favorite types of games or gaming accessories.
- Click New Releases to view the newest items that have been added to our catalog.
- View the Specials / Sales page to see our current sales and specials, listed by publisher.
- Use the Search box at the top of any page to search our entire inventory. We also offer an advanced search for more searching options.
Please note that items pictured on the web site are not always reflective of the exact condition of the product in stock. For the condition of a specific item, see the condition listed in the product description. Visit the Condition / Grading System page to learn more about our condition codes.
Using the Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from Noble Knight Games, click the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Cart" icon at the top of any page.
Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Cart. If you'd like to remove an item, click the Remove link below the item's quantity. You can change the quantity of any product you would like to purchase by changing the desired amount in the Quantity field, and then clicking the update link. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Cart, click the "Checkout" button.
Enter Shipping AddressTell us where you would like us to ship your order. If your billing and shipping addresses are the same, you only need to fill out the Billing Address section and select the “Same as Billing Address” checkbox in the Shipping Address section.
Select a Shipping MethodConsider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Noble Knight Games offers an array of shipping options to better serve you. A list of each shipping option, explaining the typical time it will take to arrive and the approximate cost, can be found below. Please note that shipping times are estimates and depend on your exact location and when we ship your package. We send out almost all packages the day after we receive your order and payment, Monday through Saturday. You will receive exact shipping charges and the options available for your location during checkout. See the shipping information below for more information. Provide a Method of PaymentLet us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, PayPal, gift certificates, or a check, money order, or cashier's check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Visit our Payment Information page for more information.
Submit Your OrderAfter submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your order will normally ship within 24 hours.
For your convenience, we also accept orders sent in via e-mail, mail, or fax. If possible, we recommend that orders be placed on our web site, where you will receive instant shipping costs, better selection, and faster processing.
E-mail Orders
When placing an order via e-mail, please include your full name, address, product selection, shipping preference, and payment method. E-mail your order to contact@nobleknight.com Please wait for a confirmation e-mail with your final shipping costs before sending any payment. If you prefer, you may also call in your credit card number.
Mail Orders
For those who cannot order via the web site, e-mail, or fax, we accept orders sent in through the mail. Include your full name, address, product selection, payment method, and shipping preference. International customers must first receive an exact shipping quote. For domestic customers, you may receive a shipping quote via e-mail or through the online shopping cart system. Otherwise, you may add shipping of $6 + $1.50 per additional item for faster shipping, or $6 + $.50 per additional item for economy shipping. (Using the online system will give you an exact shipping cost, and in many instances a lower shipping cost.) Please list alternate selections as our stock changes daily. Wisconsin residents, please add 5.5% sales tax. If you prefer, you may print off and mail in our order form. If you prefer, you may also call in your credit card number.
Domestic Shipping (in the USA)
We offer several options for shipping within the USA. Please note that FedEx Ground is only available for shipment within the continental USA and does not ship to P.O. boxes.

- Available only for the 48 contiguous U.S. States (not Alaska or Hawaii)
- $149.00 threshold is based on net total dollar amount before sales & taxes (if applicable). Digital Gift Cards excluded.

- Available only for the 48 contiguous U.S. States (not Alaska or Hawaii)
Delivery in 2-3 business days. The shipping charge is based on boxed weight and your location.
USPS Express MailExpress mail is an overnight service available for shipping to anywhere in the US. The shipping charge is based on boxed weight and your location. Includes insurance and delivery 7 days a week, including holidays.
USPS First Class Mail Small PackageDelivery in 3-5 business days for a flat rate of only $4.95. Please note that in order to send orders via this method, they must be very light weight (under 12 ounces with packaging). Your order will be put in a bubble envelope or a very small box with minimal packaging. If the item is valuable or if it's very important that it arrive in perfect condition, we do not recommend this method. Magic cards, however, are small enough that they will be surrounded by cardboard for full protection and can be safely mailed this way.
USPS Media MailMedia Mail is a special low rate for books and other printed materials. Delivery is typically 7-21 business days, depending on your location. Media Mail can be quite variable, sometimes taking only a few days, and other times taking even longer than the 21 business day deliver time. Military addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii can take 4-6 weeks. Media Mail is usually the cheapest possible way to ship an order. Please note that orders containing miniatures or supplies are not eligible for media mail shipping.
FedEx GroundFedEx offers excellent delivery service to the continental United States in 2-5 business days depending on your location. Tracking and insurance are included free of charge. Please note: FedEx Ground is not available for shipment to P.O. boxes.
Noble Knight Flat RateNoble Knight Flat Rate offers affordable delivery service to the United States depending on your location. Noble Knight Flat Rate will typically deliver in 2-7 Days. Some locations may take up to 21 days to deliver. Tracking and insurance are included free of charge. Noble Knight Flat Rate shipping will never exceed $9.95, no matter what or how much you order!
In Store PickupLocal to Noble Knight Games or driving through? Select free In Store Pickup! If you pay with credit card or Paypal at checkout, we'll have your order ready for you by 11am the next business day. (Also, if you pay in advance, we can hold the order for up to 30 days.) If you prefer to pay in cash or when you arrive, we'll gather your order while you wait. Pickup is generally available from 11am to 9pm, M-F and 10am to 6pm on the weekend, but if you need to pick it up sooner, or immediately, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you receive a "your order has shipped" e-mail, and selected the pickup option, that means your items are being gathered and made ready. Please note: We stock 300,000+ titles, so our entire inventory is not on display nor browseable, but you are always welcome to stop in any time for your gaming needs!
International Shipping (Worldwide)
We offer several options for shipment anywhere in the world. We are proud to offer the lowest rates available!
Fedex International Connect PlusFedEx's most economical express rate, yet still amazingly reliable. Delivery time of 3-7 business days (after customs clearance), anywhere in the world!
DHL Express InternationalAirmail delivery in 2-5 business days. Rate is based on weight. Available to most international locations.
USPS Express Mail International (EMS)Airmail delivery in 3-7 business days. The fastest USPS international option also includes free insurance and tracking. Rate is based on weight and location.
USPS Priority Mail InternationalAirmail delivery in 6-10 business days. Rate is based on weight and location.
USPS Priority Mail International Flat-Rate EnvelopeAirmail delivery in 6-10 business days. Available for delivery to most locations.
USPS First-Class Mail InternationalAirmail delivery in 6-14 business days. Rate is based on weight; however, this option is only available for packages under 4 pounds. A very economical method.
USPS First-Class Mail International Small PackageDelivery in 7-14 business days for a flat rate of only $15.95. FIMS – International Mail ServiceFedEx International Mail Service (FIMS) is a hybrid service using FedEx and your local post office. Designed to offer a lower cost postal delivery, it usually arrives in 7-21 business days. As with all postal deliveries, times are not guaranteed and can occasionally take longer than the usual estimates. Rate is based on the weight of the package. The service is reliable; however, only limited tracking, if any, is available before delivery. Note that FedEx and the Swedish postal system have partnered together for this service, so your package will arrive with a Swedish Endicia postmark.
* Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
NOBLE KNIGHT® GAMES SHIPPING GUARANTEEWe here at Noble Knight Games guarantee you will receive your shipment, even internationally, or we will send another or issue you store credit for other purchases! However, on occasion, due to various shipping vagaries beyond our control, your order can take longer than the estimated amount of time. The maximum delivery time we expect you to wait before sending you a new shipment is 15 business days for shipments within the continental USA, 30 business days for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Military addresses, and 60 business days for all international shipments. Please note that 99% of all packages arrive before then, and you shouldn't be unduly worried about a delay. If you believe your order is late or lost, please check with your local post and/or customs office to make sure they are not holding the package for you.
