Description

Kung-fu apprentices, the time has come to show Master Pun Chen Lo everything you have learned. The final test consists of an epic confrontation against fearsome animal forms: fighting mantises, celestial dragons, sublime cranes, fierce tigers, elusive snakes, majestic eagles and trickster monkeys. If you are successful, you will be rewarded with fragments of the Medallion of Concord, which will allow you to ascend the Tower of Harmony. The Master awaits at the top of the tower... Will you show superior kung-fu, or will you sink, prey to discord?

Designed by Gustavo Barreto and Alessandro de Oliveira and with illustrations by Casa Locomotiva, Tinco is designed for groups of 3 to 6 participants, from 10 years old, in games of about 20 minutes. The objective of the game is to collect cards with the same shape or color and take fragments of the medal of concord to climb positions in the tower of harmony.

In a game of Tinco there are no turns: everyone plays simultaneously. With the intention of putting together a set of five cards that show the same element, either a certain animal or color, players will exchange cards. These are never shown, only the quantity is offered. When one of the participants achieves the Tinco (a set of five cards), must rush to take one of the medallion fragments that will be on the table. The rest must pay attention to claim other fragments if they do not want to lose positions in the tower. After a series of rounds, whoever occupies the highest place on the tower of harmony wins the game.

With a frenetic pace, Tinco challenges us to think quickly and pay attention to both our cards and those we pass to our rivals. Mixed within the deck is the card Xi, the Discord, which no one wants in their hand because it carries negative points, so players will try to pass it to an opponent whenever they can.

With a compact format and designed to play with groups of up to 6 people, Tinco also includes two game modes, Xing and Hong, depending on the set you want to establish during the game (shapes or colors). In this way, the difficulty can be adapted to the playing group (with the shapes it is a bit easier to play, since a little less visual acuity is required). An ideal proposal to share with family and friends that will test your strength and balance. Ready to show your best kung-fu?
