Salamanders Contemptor Dreadnought

Contemptor Dreadnoughts combine the experience of an interred Space Marine hero with an indomitable armoured chassis. They stride the battlefield as gods of war, spitting death with fearsome weaponry and crushing foes with unstoppable strength. The Salamanders regard self-sacrifice as the highest of virtues, and through the humanistic tenets of their Promethean Cult honour those who are reborn from great hardship and strife. Such traits are found in ample supply amongst the Dreadnoughts of the XVIII Legion, who wade into the fire that claimed them, exhibiting the superior craft in arms and armour that Vulkan's sons are famed for.

This multipart resin kit builds one Contemptor Dreadnought for the Death Guard Legion. This highly-detailed combat walker is designed to perfectly suit the sons of Nocturne, featuring the iconography of the XVIII Legion alongside distinctive elements such as ornately sculpted flames, Promethean sigils, and the scaled hides of slain firedrakes. This miniature's joints can be assembled to produce a range of poses, and it comes with two pairs of feet - one straight, one bent - allowing you to build it as though standing or striding forward.

This kit does not include arm-mounted weapons for the Contemptor Dreadnought - these are shown for illustrative purposes only.
