Arashi-Pelikan: The Axis Attack on the Panama Canal, May 1941 is a what if game based on what available units were available at the time or could have been. It presumes that the Axis powers planned the attack together when the canal defenses had yet been strengthened. Historically, both Japan and Germany had plans to do this separately in 1943 and late 1944, but Germany had thought of it in 1941 before the US entered the war. Players have one shot to damage the three canals and or Gatun Dam, which would render the canal useless for at least six months.
