German Infantry Mortar Team

This his a highly detailed, ready to assemble plastic model kit of the WW2 German 8cm Type 34 mortar and its crew, reproduced in exact 1/35 sale. The mortar is precisely detailed down to its bipod legs, base plate, sight, and adjustment handles. Six mortar rounds and two types of ammo casings (wooden and metal) are also accurately rendered. The four lifelike crew figures are reproduced in various action poses and facial expressions: the squad leader is standing and directing fire; the loader is inserting a round into the muzzle, the gun aimer is looking through the sight, and the ammo carrier is preparing to pass the next round to the loader. The figures are clothed in the M36 field jacket and boots, adopted by the German army in 1936. Other accessories include small fire arms, haversacks, canteens, binoculars, etc.

Miniatures are supplied unpainted and some assembly may be required.
