Players must continue the ceaseless war with the mortal realm, taking on the roles of Monsters and defending their home from the near-endless waves of villagers who seek to end you once and for all!

Become the horrors that haunt the ancient lands of China! Defend the castle from the tides of Villagers, both old and new, with your fantastical powers and abilities, and remind the mortals why they fear you so.

Bolstering the ranks of the already troublesome villagers is the Militia. Poorly trained and perhaps even worse equipped, they post little threat to you…that is, until a Tactician appears! Tacticians are capable of organising the Militia and executing deadly tactics!

Artefacts are a new kind of Trap card that lets players place permanent bonuses around the map. They are expensive, but Artefacts can change the tide of any conflict!
