Description

Though far from their most well-renowned product, Boot Hill was a milestone in the growth of TSR’s roleplaying repertoire. With its classically styled Wild West gunfights and high action content, many gamers fondly recall the smell of the gun smoke as they boarded trains, caught up with the banditos and settled their barroom brawls with epic fisticuffs.

And what you are looking at here is where the action began.

This packet of playtest rules, lean though it may be, was one of the few playtest packets distributed to aid in the game’s formation. Yellowed with the passing of ages, these sheets are in surprisingly good condition for their age. With only a bit of rust staining on the first page and some minor denting and creasing throughout, the set shows glimpses of the testing process with pencil notations across many places, and most excitingly of all, each and every one of the 14 pages is autographed by the original designer, Brian Blume.

A certificate of authenticity and a letter of providence from the original owner are included to verify the items authenticity and its story.

You will assuredly be content to ride off into the sunset with this historic gaming artifact in your saddlebags.
