Power of the East (Gold Club Exclusive)

In the summer of 1938, Soviet and Japanese troops began a series of border skirmishes that erupted into two full-scale battles. At Lake Khasan in 1938 and a year later at Nomonhan, the Red Army inflicted humiliating defeats on the Japanese, insuring that the Empire’s aggression would be turned toward the American, Dutch and British possessions to the south.

Power of the East is a supplement for the Panzer Grenadier system based on the battles waged between Japan and the Soviet Union in 1938 and 1939. This module is not playable by itself, but requires ownership of Guadalcanal, Eastern Front, Road to Berlin, Sinister Forces and Infantry Attacks: August 1914 to enjoy all of the scenarios. There are 12 scenarios, including large tank battles, based on the actual fighting that took place.
