Macabre Tales is a role-playing game that seeks to faithfully emulate the stories of H.P. Lovecraft, stripping away the influence of other authors whose works have long since been accepted as canon. This is pure Lovecraft! Every single aspect of the game system has been designed with the intent to capture the dark and foreboding atmosphere that permeated Lovecraft's fiction.

In order to play, you will need to purchase two sets of double-six dominoes. Though the fame is designed for one narrator and one player, the book contains optional rules for the inclusion of more players.
