Description

Only in a time of desperate need will the Patriarch of the Celestial Order action the Celestial Hurricanum to be used on the field of battle. Originally built to help Celestial Wizards in their studies of the heavens to make for more accurate predictions of the future, it has since been turned into a large and devastating weapon of war. At the heart of each Hurricanum lies one of Teclis' Orbs of Sorcery, a revered artifact that can enable comets to come crashing down from the heavens. Celestial Hurricanums harness the Wind of Azyr and, in battle, the sorcerous energies surrounding it grow into a whirling hurricane.

The Luminark of Hysh is a magical war machine created by the Wizards of the College of Light. It consists of an array of enchanted mirrors and aether-lenses mounted atop a great wheeled platform. Crewed by a pair of Acolytes, who tend to the machine's array of precision instruments while intoning spells to channel the Wind of Hysh, the Luminark of Hysh unleashes a blinding white light through its arcane optics. This manifests in a destructive beam of soulfire that vaporizes anything in its path.

Arcane Battle Altars are fantastically bizarre war machines, the distilled essence of the Winds of Magic. You'll find the effects of their bound spells phenomenally destructive, giving you some seriously dangerous elemental firepower. Not only that, but these arcane devices are great for boosting the potential of any of your troops.

This multi-part plastic kit contains 108 components with which to build one Empire Celestial Hurricanum / Luminark of Hysh. This kit comes with one 50x100mm monster base and one 20mm square base should you wish to field the Wizard on foot. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly - they recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.
