Description

You've played Magic one-on-one. You've played it in a free-for-all. But have you ever wanted to just throw down the gauntlet against all your friends at once? Have you ever wanted to take on the whole world and show them who's boss? Well, now you can! Archenemy is the first One vs. Many multiplayer product for Magic. With a deck of twenty oversized cards to beef up your favorite deck, you'll be ready to face off against as many of your friends as your kitchen table can hold. Two? Three? Twenty? Bring 'em on! Here you rule! On June 18, become the Archenemy! There will be four different game packs, each one with a 60-card Magic deck featuring eight rares, and a 20-card oversized deck.

Assemble the Doomsday Machine

It is not strength that wins battles but intelligence. The weak-minded cannot possibly appreciate the grandeur of your plans. Fortunately for them, they will not survive long enough to comprehend the depths of their ignorance.

A little careful planning and some deadly devices will spell doom for everyone else. In addition to being efficient in combat, most of the creatures in your deck serve some other purpose. Metallurgeon and Leonin Abunas can help protect your nascent apocalyptic machine. Meanwhile, Ethersworn Canonist and Lodestone Golem make life miserable for any who stand against you.

Several parts of your deck are dedicated to artifacts that produce mana. This helps you not only cast spells earlier but ensures you always have the correct colors of mana available. Should any opposing creatures actually be worthy of your attention, you do have ways to dispatch them, such as Spin into Myth and Unmake. Sorcerer's Strongbox keeps your hand full and the pressure on.

Your enemies may not understand the splendor of your schemes, but they will soon learn they are inadequate to handle them. Your superior knowledge translates into your enemies' despair with My Genius Knows No Bounds and Your Puny Minds Cannot Fathom. Perhaps the most devastating and demoralizing scheme available to you is The Pieces Are Coming Together, which can lead to shockingly powerful turns. Obsolete them all, and show them the true power of the archenemy.
