Description

A cataphract was a form of heavy cavalry first utilized by nomadic eastern Iranian tribes and Persian dynasties in warfare, and then later by the Ancient Greeks and Romans.

Historically the cataphract was very heavily armored horseman, with both the rider and steed draped from head-to-toe in scale armor, while typically wielding a kontos or lance as their weapon.

This kit includes:
