The patrons of the barony sponsor some of the continent’s most talented artists to perform in their capital. And yet the barony is not a peaceful haven of sweet life and dreams come true...
The military academies of Manilia are among the most renowned and most advanced in the country. The greatest Barhan tacticians were trained there. The soldiers of the barony are famous for their dauntlessness. The generals of Manilia stand out with their impertinence and boldness. They will not hesitate to challenge enemy warlords, even though they are aware that they are jumping into a snake pit, they rely on their humor and bravery to pull themselves out of inextricable situations.

The Red Lioness, Laureena Tillius, is the leader of the Manilia faction (as described in the Army Book: Lahnars). Presented both on foot and on horseback, she embodies all of the beauty and strength of Virtue. An experienced fencer, she is able to parry and reply to incoming blows. Like all paladins, she is able to heal her wounds almost as fast as they are inflicted on her. When mounted on her warhorse, the Red Lioness displays the true power of the best cavalry of Rag'narok, the Lion cavalry.

Sardar Tillius doubles as a magician and a strategist. He provides the support of a powerful Incarnate to his troops, reinforcing one or two well chosen rituals.
